In the midst of daily responsibilities, constant stimulation, and mental noise, many people lose touch with their inner experience. This series offers a gentle opportunity to pause, listen inward, and reconnect with the wisdom that already exists within.
Each gathering combines several deeply connected practices that support self-awareness, emotional regulation, creativity, and reflection.
What We Will Explore
Sound Healing
Each session begins with a guided sound journey designed to help the nervous system settle, release accumulated tension, and enter a more receptive and meditative state.
Chakra Meditation
Through guided meditation, we will explore awareness of the body's energy centers, cultivating greater presence, balance, emotional regulation, and connection with ourselves.
Jungian Mandala Drawing
Mandala drawing becomes a doorway into the symbolic language of the subconscious mind.
Using colors, shapes, symbols, and spontaneous expression, participants are invited to create a mandala that reflects their current inner experience. No artistic skill is required. The focus is not on creating something beautiful, but on allowing something authentic to emerge.
Mandala Reflection & Discussion
Following the drawing process, we will explore the images, emotions, associations, and patterns that appeared within the mandala.
This is not about interpreting art correctly. It is an opportunity to develop a deeper relationship with your own inner world and to discover meanings that may reveal themselves through reflection and dialogue.
No previous meditation or drawing experience is necessary.

What Is a Jungian Mandala?
During a period of profound personal transformation, Swiss psychiatrist and psychologist Carl Jung began drawing mandalas as a way of observing and understanding his inner experience. Over time, he noticed that these circular images seemed to reflect his psychological state and often revealed aspects of himself that had not yet reached conscious awareness.
As he continued his research, Jung discovered similar symbols appearing across cultures, religions, myths, dreams, and spiritual traditions throughout history. This led him to recognize the mandala as an archetypal symbol of wholeness and an expression of what he called the Self — the deeper organizing center of the psyche.
Creating a mandala is not about artistic skill or producing a beautiful image. It is a process of self-exploration that allows thoughts, emotions, inner conflicts, intuitions, and unconscious patterns to emerge through symbols, colors, shapes, and spontaneous expression.
A mandala often reveals something about our inner world that may be difficult to access through words alone.
Rather than interpreting the image according to fixed meanings, we approach it with curiosity, openness, and reflection, allowing its personal significance to gradually unfold.
No artistic experience is necessary. The invitation is simply to show up, create, and explore what emerges.
