Chakra Mandala
Your unconscious speaks in symbols. Learn how to listen.
Not everything we experience can be understood through words.
Some experiences first appear as sensations in the body, unexpected emotions, recurring images, quiet longings or the feeling that something within us is asking to be seen.
Chakra Mandala is an invitation to slow down, turn inward and meet your inner experience in a different way.
Through immersive sound journeys, guided chakra meditation, Jungian Mandala Creation & Reflection, and meaningful dialogue, you will explore what may be difficult to reach through thinking alone.
No artistic experience or previous meditation practice is required.
Only curiosity, openness and a willingness to listen.

Most of us have learned to understand ourselves by analyzing.
We think about our emotions, search for explanations, and try to find the right words for what is happening inside us.
Sometimes that works.
Sometimes another language is needed.
The language of symbols.
A color, shape, image, or movement can reveal something before the conscious mind is ready to explain it.
This series creates a safe and supportive space to pause, become present, and allow that deeper language to emerge.
You do not need to force an answer.
You begin by paying attention.
Because awareness often comes before clarity.
And clarity often comes before meaningful change.
Each gathering unfolds as one continuous experience, with every practice preparing the way for the next.
The evening begins with an immersive sound journey guided by Aya Yan Liang.
The resonance of crystal singing bowls and other instruments invites the body to soften, the nervous system to settle, and the mind to become quieter.
Sound allows you to move beyond analysis and enter the experience directly.
From this quieter place, Orit guides the group through a chakra meditation.
The chakra system is approached not as something you must believe in, but as a symbolic map for exploring different dimensions of your emotional, psychological, and embodied experience.
Each week brings attention to a different area of inner life, supporting greater presence, self-awareness, and connection with the body.
Following the meditation, you will create a mandala using colors, shapes, symbols, and spontaneous expression.
There is no right or wrong way to create it.
You do not need to know how to draw.
You do not need to understand what the image means while you are making it.
The intention is not to create something beautiful.
The intention is to allow something authentic to take form.
All art materials are provided.
After the creative process, we gently explore what appeared.
Rather than assigning fixed meanings or interpreting your mandala for you, we approach the image with curiosity.
What draws your attention?
What emotion does it carry?
What feels familiar, surprising, uncomfortable, or alive?
Through guided reflection and dialogue, your own understanding begins to emerge.
Sometimes we understand ourselves only after seeing what we have created.
A single experience can reveal a moment.
Four weeks allow you to witness a process.
During the series, you will create four mandalas reflecting different stages of your inner journey.
You may begin to notice recurring symbols, emotional patterns, shifts in color and form, or changes in the way you experience yourself.
An image that feels unclear one week may reveal its meaning later.
Something that begins as a sensation may gradually become an insight.
By the end of the series, your four mandalas become a visual record of what was moving within you—and what began to change.
You understand your experiences intellectually but still feel disconnected from what is happening inside.
You are moving through a transition, uncertainty, emotional change, or a period of self-discovery.
You are curious about Jungian psychology, meditation, creativity, or the symbolic language of the psyche.
You want to explore yourself without being diagnosed, analyzed, or told what your experience should mean.
You are looking for a grounded, meaningful practice that brings together the body, emotions, imagination, and reflection.
During a period of profound personal transformation, Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung began creating mandalas as a way of observing his own inner process.
He noticed that the images changed as his psychological state changed. They often revealed emotions, conflicts, and movements within the psyche that had not yet reached conscious awareness.
Jung came to understand the mandala as an archetypal image of wholeness and a symbolic expression of the Self—the deeper organizing center of the psyche.
Creating a mandala is not simply an artistic activity.
It gives visible form to experiences that may be difficult to access through language alone.
We do not create mandalas simply to understand symbols.
We create them to better understand ourselves.
